HR & Admin

Responsibilities:

● Support new cases for onboarding / offboarding process, documentation, and other data updating in related work, always improving the employee onboarding experience

● Assist in the collation and editing of employment letters and required documents

● Follow HR workflow to support the data record and control to improve the employee experience

● Support data maintenance in the HR system for new hires and regular employees

● Assist in general administrative duties including documentation signing & mails

● Support and coordinate  governmental paperwork

● Responsible for general maintenance of the office

● Work on other ad hoc matters as and when required

Requirements:

● Sense of confidentiality and compliance

● At least 3 years experience in general admin and/or basic HR function

● Bachelor degree in any fields

● Good English communication skills in both written and oral

● Good command of MS Office applications like WORD, EXCEL, etc

● Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders

● Strong communication skills in building and sustaining work relationships

● Patient and sensitive to data

● Team player and a quick learner
