


IT Support Engineer
India / Full-time: Remote / IT Helpdesk
Responsibilities:
● Provide daily IT remote and conference support for global clients, and solve daily problems of computer installation, configuration, upgrade and others
● Responsible for regular support like printers, video conferences, network troubleshooting, etc.
● Responsible for the management of employee account permissions
● Antivirus and Security Incident Response
● Complete other tasks assigned by superiors ,Complete work reports
Requirements:
● College degree or above, major in computer and related, more than 2 year experience in desktop operation
● Familiar with MacOS and Windows system, able to finish installation and troubleshoot independently
● Able to work under heavy pressure, have good service conscious of custome, and on the principle of results and actions
● Strong communication skills, good at teamwork, Actively thinking and learning
